Terms & Conditions..
50% deposit will be charged to your credit card upon booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellation prior to 72 hours of booked date will attract a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Cancellation within 72 hours will mean the forfeiture of the first night's accommodation rate.
Please note that we accept both Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
We do NOT accept Diners Club or American Express.
No facilities for children under 13 years old.
Smoking is not permitted within the B&B buildings. Outside areas are provided. Please consider other non-smoking guests.
No candles in the rooms.
