April 2013 Newsletter
Now the rain has eased, we are at last enjoying some great sunny weather. Lots of visitors are taking the opportunity to come and enjoy Tamborine Mountain in all its green and lush splendour.
The flowering trees and shrubs including the tibochinas are a mass of blooms, suiting the birds and the bees. The National Park walks are all usable again and the waterfalls look great. Now that the summer heat has finished, walking in the National Parks is even more pleasant.
Whilst the mountain is busy, accommodation is still readily available, particularly during the week days. There are new Coffee Shops and Restaurants recently opened as well as the more established businesses that are definitely worth a visit. Our restaurants serve a varied cuisine and most food styles are available.
Garterbelts & Gasoline Nostalgia Festival
Don’t forget to plan for the unique Tamborine Mountain Garterbelts & Gasoline Nostalgia Festival held over 3 days on May 3 thru May 5th, just weeks away.
If you bring a group and book our four rooms for two nights, we are happy to cook for you on one of the nights. Contact us to discuss menus etc.

Pam and I look forward to making you welcome at Tamborine Mountain Bed and Breakfast and to showing you our special part of the Scenic Rim sometime soon.
