February 2011 Newsletter
What a dreadful time it has been weather wise, not only in Queensland but also New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australian. Our continent can be very unforgiving, however we believe that Australia is still the best place in the world to live and grow our families.
Tamborine Mountain was relatively unaffected by the weather, except that business across the region has been effected due to people preferring to stay home, sit out the bad weather and not travel to Queensland. With the improvement in the weather patterns, we hope visitors will start to travel again and come on up to Tamborine Mountain to enjoy all that this special part of the world has to offer.
If you are thinking of taking a short break, contact us direct on 07 5545 3595 or via our online form, for February specials.
All of the Tamborine Mountain attractions are open and the Mountain looks really luscious at the moment, very green with lots of flowering shrubs and flowers. The National Park walking tracks are all open (check with the Visitor Information Centre at Doughty Park 07 5545 3200, for any updates on the Condition of the Tracks).
We hope to welcome you at Tamborine Mountain Bed and Breakfast in the near future.
